“An easy-to-follow guide to help you change your drinking habit into a choice. Not driven by rules but by your own life’s purpose.”
The Ordinary Habit was born from the dream of one man. Tony Rook —a successful, high-performing manager who lived a great life but still felt there was more to be discovered. He knew his true potential lay beyond an important decision: changing one of his most rooted habits, drinking alcohol regularly.
He wasn’t a heavy drinker, but there was a pattern: a beer or two after work, and more on weekends. After a few drinks big dreams often came to surface of what he could achieve, but by the next morning, these plans would dissapear because of fear, doubt, or downright exhaustion at the thought of starting a new adventure.
Nothing changed, until he made a significant change to his drinking habits. No longer a routine, but a choice. He now enjoys a beer just once or twice a month. This change unleashed his great potential, inspiring him to share his journey and help others do the same. That’s the origin of The Ordinary Habit.
“The Ordinary Habit” is an easy-to-follow guide to help you change your drinking habit into a choice. Not driven by rules but by your own life’s purpose. Authentic, transparent, interactive, and sometimes brutally honest. Well-structured so you can find your way without any effort.
Tony shares his own story and the stories of five people that did the same. Six completely different people. Each with their own habit, and their own change. Supported by tools and exercises The Ordinary Habit helps you create your own journey. A journey to sobriety and a life of fulfillment.
The journey is built up around 4 themes.

How to get there?

How to stay there?
